David Worsham has personally settled over 500 drill site locations, which included lease roads, flow lines and power and water lines.  In all, the Whitestone crew has settled over 1,000 locations in three states, and we have become known as the problem solver when others have been unable to deal with difficult land owners.  We understand crop damage, the rights of both the surface owner and the Lessee under the terms of the lease and the sensitive nature of this type negotiation.  We have extensive experience in assessing damages to property, livestock, crops and improvements.  We are knowledgeable in case law and the accommodation doctrine, and we make every effort to work with the landowner to negotiate a fair settlement within the guidelines of the client.
